The elements can be used freely only for the purpose of browsing. Further publishing, i.e. re-publishing of the elements is allowed only with prior provision of consent by AS Finanz Society. The name “AS Finanz” as well as the logo of AS Finanz Society are registered brands of AS Finanz GmbH and are protected as such.

No data security

The Internet is a public medium, accessible to anyone. If you visit AS Finanz website, a third party can draw conclusions on existing and future business relationships between AS Finanz and you.

AS Finanz invests a great effort in data protection and in preservation of your privacy. Thus, all confidential/private data entered within the framework of an online credit request are transferred between your web browser and web server of AS Finanz with the content being encoded (SSS coding).

We kindly ask you to pay attention to the fact that during coded data transfer sender and receiver remain uncoded. We ask you to take note of the fact that sending your e-mails, i.e. your finance requests is done via Internet. In doing so, depending on the nature of the Internet, the data circulates also abroad, via foreign servers, even if the sender and the receiver are both in Switzerland. 

At various parts of AS Finanz website, you will be asked to enter your personal data. If you decide to send us your personal data via Internet or in an e-mail, we will treat them in accordance with the Law on Data Protection. The data are processed by and for AS Finanz Society, where AS Finanz assigns the third party with an order to process the data. AS Finanz obliges itself to use the data solely for the purposes mentioned.

AS Finanz solely indicates the risk of a hacker attack. For the purpose of virus prevention, we recommend the use of updated versions of browsers and installing constantly updated antivirus software.

We ask you to take note of the fact that AS Finanz Society can also use the so-called “cookies” technology to provide information suitable for you. “Cookie” is a textual file which, by saving the data on a hard disc, enables your computer to be recognized during next visits to AS Finanz website. We indicate the fact that your browser, with adequate settings, notifies you about receiving the “cookie”. By contacting AS Finanz Society via Internet or in an e-mail you accept the use of this technology.

By contacting AS Finanz Society via Internet or in an e-mail or via regular mail, or in any other way, you declare to be compliant with AS Finanz sending you information on the company, its products and services to your postal address or your e-mail address occasionally. The use of your data, as the data of a client, for the purpose of marketing, can be rejected by you any time in a written form or in an e-mail.

This excludes any kind of responsibility of AS Finanz Society for damages or consequential damages (direct or indirect) or loss of any kind occurring due to the access to AS Finanz website, due to the use of the website, due to contacting AS Finanz Society via Internet or in an e-mail or due to the access to the elements of AS Finanz Society website, i.e. via links to a third party’s websites. Disclaimer für Online-Kreditanträge

I acknowledge that AS Finanz GmbH (hereinafter: the intermediary) will forward my application for review to Cembra Money Bank AG, Bank-NOW AG, Cornèr Banca SA, bob Finance AG, or good finance AG (each individually hereinafter the “financial institution”) via the internet, email, or fax/mail. Furthermore, I acknowledge and confirm the following:

Application Review and Credit Information Data: I confirm the completeness, timeliness, and accuracy of all the information provided in the application and authorize the financial institution, in connection with the review of this application and the management of the contractual relationship, to obtain information about me from third parties, particularly banks, the Central Office for Credit Information (ZEK), authorities (e.g., debt collection, land registry, tax offices, civil registries, child and adult protection authorities), credit agencies, credit intermediaries, employers, group companies of the financial institution, and, if necessary, the Consumer Credit Information Office (IKO). For these purposes, I release these entities from banking, postal, official, or business secrecy obligations. I acknowledge that the financial institution may be required to report a consumer lease or a granted or to-be-granted consumer credit to the IKO. I also authorize the financial institution to report the requested transaction to ZEK and, where legally required, to other entities. The type, amount, and terms of the credit/financing, as well as the personal details of the applicant and any qualified payment defaults or abuses, will be reported. I recognize ZEK’s right to provide information on the reported data to its members. The financial institution may reject the application without giving reasons.

Cooperation with Intermediaries: I acknowledge that the financial institution may exchange necessary information related to the application/creditworthiness review and the conclusion and execution of the contract (e.g., parameters and results of the application review, delivery of contract documents, information on the contract status and payment behavior, as well as balance) with the intermediary if the application is received from one. In this context, I release the financial institution from banking secrecy obligations as necessary.

Information about Partners: If I have provided information about my spouse/partner in the application, I confirm that (i) I have informed my partner about this application, (ii) the financial institution may verify the information provided by directly contacting my partner, and (iii) my partner agrees that the financial institution may obtain information about them, as described above (including inquiries with ZEK).

Data Processing: I acknowledge that the financial institution may process my data for the review of my application and for risk assessment and marketing purposes (data analysis and profiling). Other products and services, including those from group companies of the financial institution and third parties, may also be offered to me by mail or telephone. I can object to the processing of my data for marketing purposes at any time. By providing my email address, I also consent to receiving the aforementioned offers via email. I expressly accept the risks associated with open communication via email, including the possibility that my data may be intercepted or disclosed by third parties or that unauthorized third parties may infer a contractual relationship between the financial institution and me, and that confidentiality or banking secrecy cannot be guaranteed in this regard. I may withdraw my consent to the electronic delivery of marketing communications at any time.

Cooperation with Service Providers (Outsourcing): I acknowledge that the financial institution may outsource services, particularly in the areas of business process management, IT security and systems control, market research and analysis, the calculation of business-relevant credit and market risks, as well as the administration of contractual relationships (e.g., application and contract processing, debt collection, customer communications), to third parties (“service providers”). The financial institution will provide these service providers with the necessary data for fulfilling their contractual obligations and may also transfer such data abroad. Service providers and their employees, as well as subcontractors, are contractually bound by confidentiality obligations. Service providers are typically located in Switzerland or the EU/EWR, but may also be based elsewhere globally. If personal data is transferred to a country that does not provide an adequate level of data protection from a Swiss perspective, the financial institution ensures an adequate level of data protection through appropriate guarantees, such as the agreement of standard contractual clauses.

I acknowledge that communication between the financial institution and me or the intermediary may occur via electronic channels. The intermediary and the financial institution cannot guarantee the confidentiality of data transmitted over the internet. Third parties may infer an existing or pending business relationship (including a banking relationship) between me and the financial institution.

The granting of credit is prohibited if it leads to over-indebtedness (Art. 3 UWG).
